More activity in real estate market
In the Quinte region, the real estate market has seen an increase in activity this spring. According to a report by the Central Lakes Association of Realtors in Belleville, there were 66 houses sold last month, up from 49 in March. The average price also saw a rise, reaching $578,000.
In Quinte West, there were 59 home sales in April compared to 42 in March, with the average price increasing to $626,000. In Prince Edward County, 32 homes were sold last month, up from 26 in March. The average price was $710,000, lower than the previous month’s average of $863,000.
