According to the company’s Quarterly Results, net sales increased by 37.6 per cent to Rs 53.29 crore, EBITDA increased by 33.2 per cent to Rs 15.53 crore, and net profit increased by 125.8 per cent to Rs 6.66 crore in Q4FY24 compared to Q4FY23. In its annual results, net sales rose by 21.4 per cent to Rs 175.16 crore, EBITDA increased by 53 per cent to Rs 56.76 crore, and net profit increased by 145.5 per cent to Rs 21.38 crore in FY24 compared to FY23. The EPS for FY24 was Rs 1.06.
In March 2024, the promoters of One Point One Solutions increased their stake to 67.79 per cent by buying over 5 per cent stake. BofA Securities Europe SA also acquired 30,00,000 shares at Rs 50 per share, totaling Rs 15 crore in March 2024.
