Luzhou Xinglu Water Announces Final Dividend

Luzhou Xinglu Water (Group) Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:2281) has recently announced an update. The company will be paying a final dividend of RMB 0.05 per share for the year ending 31 December 2023. This will be converted to HKD 0.055 per share at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.096. Shareholders approved this decision on 28 June 2024, with the ex-dividend date scheduled for 05 July 2024 and payment to be made on 31 July 2024.
