OKX Announces Plans to Delist XRP and LTC Expiry Futures

OKX has recently announced plans to delist XRP and LTC expiry futures in alignment with current market trends. This decision is aimed at simplifying their futures offerings to better meet user needs.

The delisting schedule for these futures products has been provided by OKX. Bi-weekly expiry futures generation will be discontinued starting from June 21, 2024, followed by the cessation of bi-quarterly expiry futures from September 27, 2024. Existing expiry futures will remain active until their respective expiration dates.

Users accessing OKX through its web, app, and API platforms will be impacted by this change. The official delisting of XRP and LTC expiry futures is scheduled for 8:00 am UTC on December 27, 2024. Users with existing positions in these futures are advised to plan accordingly as the expiration dates approach.

This strategic decision by OKX reflects their commitment to adapting to the evolving market landscape and user preferences. By streamlining their futures options, OKX aims to provide a more focused and user-friendly trading experience.

For further inquiries, users can reach out through the official OKX support center or connect via their community platforms. This move by OKX is part of a broader trend in the cryptocurrency exchange industry, where platforms continuously review and adjust their offerings to align with market demands and regulatory environments.
