HPE’s Communications Technology Group to transition to HCLTech in $225 Million deal

The acquisition includes assets that will benefit HCLTech in the telecom industry, particularly in serving global Communications Service Providers (CSPs). The deal is pending regulatory approvals and is expected to enhance HCLTech’s global delivery model in the telecom vertical. The acquisition will also position HCLTech among the top-30 CSPs globally, with a strong presence in countries like Spain, Italy, India, Japan, China, Americas, and the APAC region.
