Dividend stocks: Godrej Consumer Products, Omax Autos, Gravita India shares to trade ex-dividend today

The stock market will be focusing on dividend stocks such as Godrej Consumer Products Ltd, Omax Autos Ltd, Gravita India Ltd, and DSJ keep Learning Ltd on May 14. The Board of Directors of these companies have declared interim dividends and rights issues of equity shares for their eligible shareholders. The record date for eligibility has been set as May 14.

Godrej Consumer Products has declared an interim dividend of ₹10.00 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend will be paid on or before June 5, 2024. Omax Autos has announced an interim dividend of Re 1 per equity share, to be paid within 30 days of declaration. Gravita India has declared an interim dividend of ₹5.20 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25.

In addition, DSJ keep Learning has declared a rights issue of equity shares in the ratio of 7:9, with the rights issue price set at Re 1 per fully paid-up equity share. A total of 681,24,036 fully paid-up equity shares will be issued for an amount aggregating up to ₹6.81 crore.
