3M India, M&M among 25 stocks that will trade ex-dividend this week. Do you own any?

This week, companies like 3M India, M&M, Tata Communications, Apollo Tyres, and others are set to be in focus as they approach their record dates for dividend payments. Dividends are paid to shareholders whose names are in the company’s database on the record date. With the T+1 settlement framework in place, the record date and ex-date are usually the same, unless there are market holidays right after the ex-date.

Shareholders who buy the stock at least one day before the ex-date are eligible for dividends, as settlement occurs on the ex-date itself. Those who purchase the stock on the ex-date are not eligible for dividends.
